1. License & Intellectual Property

Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable license to access the course content. All materials remain the intellectual property of measure-apps.com.

• Individual Use: Sharing, selling, or renting your account credentials is prohibited.
• No Redistribution: Copying, recording, or redistributing course content is strictly forbidden and may lead to legal action.
• You may not use our course materials for your own commercial teaching or public presentations.

2. Access & Pricing

• Access: Full access is granted immediately after successful payment.
• Pricing: We reserve the right to modify prices for our courses and services at any time without prior notice. However, any price changes will be effective for new purchases only and will not affect customers who have already completed their purchase.
• Lifetime Access: This refers to the lifetime of the platform.

3. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day refund window. To be eligible for a refund, you must have completed 100% of the course material. This ensures that you have fully evaluated the content before requesting a return.

4. Certificates

Certificates are automatically issued upon 100% completion of the course and are tied to the account holder's name.

5. Account Integrity

Each license is for one person only. Sharing your account with others is a breach of these terms.

To protect the integrity of our courses, we monitor account activity for patterns inconsistent with a single user — such as simultaneous logins from different locations or an unusually high number of distinct devices in a short period.

If we detect suspected sharing, your account will be reviewed and, if confirmed, suspended. You will receive an email explaining what we observed and have 14 days to respond. Each case is reviewed personally by Michal. If the explanation is legitimate (multiple personal devices, travel), access is restored without issue. If sharing is confirmed or you do not respond within 14 days, the account is permanently terminated with no refund.

We reserve the right to make the final determination on what constitutes a violation of this policy.

6. Updates

All future updates to your purchased course are included for free.
